Classic dagger drops. Tangy and hot! Reddish and Greenish. Take 8 limes (key limes are ideal - thin skinned and juicy), wash and dry and cut into wedges. Juice 4 more limes or enough for .5 - 1 cup lime juice. Mix wedges with juice and 6 tsp of salt - cover tightly for 4 days in a non-metallic container. Add 1 tsp each of powdered cumin, mustard and fenugreek, pinch of tumeric, and 5 or so tsp red chili powder. Let sit until soft, 1 - 8 weeks, depending on the thickness of the rind. Before serving, add 4 tsp of oil to the mixture (seasoned oil is good.) 5mm x 16mm Hole is horizontal. By the pack of 50.
