Goldtone/Gold Plated Findings

Findings are all those little bits that you need to make up your jewellery: crimps, connectors, earring wires and studs, clips, etc. As our inventory grows and diversifies - we keep needing to spread items out over more and more pages - so if you can't find it on this page, it may be on another.

Other colour metals are on their own pages too.

Where we know, we have listed what they are made off, but often our suppliers is unclear also. Please note the nickel allergies are becoming more and more common. We have ceased to carry any beads or findings with a known lead content. Silver and gold here referred to colour or plating. Gold and silver plating is thinner than gold-filled.

2.5 inch loop, with an 8 mm split ring. Attach beads to your cellphone, purse, keychain - whatever! Crimp covers. Hate the site of ugly crimp beads wrecking your beautiful jewelry? Or worse, the beads have settled and now you have a big, nasty gap in your necklace? The solution is HERE. These curved covers slip over your crimps after you have secured them, and squeeze them gently shut with the outer curved notch in your crimp pliers, taking care to align the ends. They cover a 2 mm crimp nicely. Could also be used to take up the slack in a necklace with a big gap. I'm in heaven!!!! The final result looks like a 4 mm bead. Findings - Crimps - Scrimps with Tool - Goldplated (1)
Ok - when I first saw this, I was skeptical. It's a crimp tube with a screw in the side, you put your beading cable through, and tighten up the screw with the tiny little screwdriver (included). Great idea, I thought - bet the screw works loose. But it doesn't. I've tried it and I've worn my $500 dragon necklace out gardening, and it doesn't come loose. You can adjust the tension after the fact, or even adjust the length, should you need to. I think these are the best thing since crimp covers, maybe better. They look surprisingly professional too. Use with a Wire Guardian for a very polished look. Includes 10 scrimps with screws and extra screws and a screw together/apart tool for tightening the impossibly tiny screw and storing the extra screws
