Frequent Beader Points

As a thank-you to our loyal customers, we offer Frequent Beader points!

When you make a purchase, you are awarded Frequent Beader points with the following exceptions:

• Art Clay and other Metal Clay products
• Publications (Books and Magazines)
• Clearance and Sale items
• Consignment Merchandise (One of a kind handmade items, i.e. but not limited to, lampwork, ceramic pendants, etc.)
• Classes
• Studio time and supplies, (glass, tools, etc.)
• Taxes
• Shipping
• Special Orders

When you get to a total of 200 — you get $25.00 worth of free beads, tools, or anything in our catalogue! Look on your sales receipt for your points issued with each order.

(Sorry - at this time, there is no way to see your points online - although we hope to have that available this year. Look for the points earned on each order on the bottom of your invoice, keep your invoices together to keep track.)

To Redeem

When you have accumulated 200 points, you redeem these instore or online by placing a "callback" order. Select callback as the payment method. No credit card number will be required. We will call you for payment info when we have adjusted the total.

You can use your points however you wish, even for shipping or as partial payment for an order over $25.00. Please email us or phone us to let us know that you are redeeming points. If you are uncertain of your current status, you can email us to ask.

Sorry, but due to the credit card fee structure, we cannot refund the cash equivalent.

Please note - you can not combine Frequent Beader Points with another person to get a total of 200 points.

 

Other Discounts

Business

We are primarily retail, but we do offer a 20% discount for businesses. We also offer bulk pricing on some products. The most popular can be found on our website here:

In order to set you up with your business discount, we would need to see proof of business documentation (business licence/tax exemption forms) You can fax these to 416.701.9182 or email a scan of these to info@beadfx.com along with your name, phone number, email address and shipping address.

 

Bead Societies

We also offer a 15% discount to established bead societies. For more information, please have your bead society president or treasurer contact us at info@beadfx.com. We will require a list of paid up members.

 

The Frequent Beader Program and the other discounts are mutually exclusive. You can collect points or get a discount, but not both. ;-)
