Jewelry Kits: Instructions and Supplies featuring Maria Rypan Designs

Maria Rypan brings the magic of Ukrainian Gerdany beadwork to the western world. These patterns are based on traditional beadwork styles - handed down over generations in an oral tradition, and now in danger of disappearing. These elegantly simple and inexpensive designs are timeless and translate well to modern designs.

Simple and clear patterns are easy to follow, and include instructions, beads, needles and thread — everything you need except the scissors! (We're pretty sure you have a pair of scissors!)

Maria also has written some books that expand on these kits, using the same illustration and pattern techniques. Her kits are fun and easy and give you good results. They are an excellent way to learn, and to make some lovely jewelry.

Some of these kits come in various colourways (color combinations) - and what we get varies from shipment to shipment - so they are impossible to list on the site. If you have a distinct colour preference, please drop us an email when you order and let us know - something along the lines of "nothing too girly" or "prefer blue if you have it."
