Sterling Beads Caps and Cones

Bead Caps fit over the end of a bead - they serve a variety of functions. They can add interest to the bead, vary it's shape and size visually. They can enhance the flow of a design, or change it entirely.

They can also be used to protect the ends of more fragile beads, or hide the ends of broken ones. Beginning lampworkers struggling to make nice ends on their beads are particularly grateful for beadcaps!

Cones can function the same way as a bead cap, only larger - especially for hanging a large single focal bead. Cones are also used to gather multiple strands together at a clasp or other place where you want it to come together, literally.
