If you receive
the wrong item, please
contact us and we will make it right.

fill orders correctly and promptly. Sometimes our shopping cart gets
out of sync with our actual inventory. We like to contact you and
ask if you would care to substitute or back order that item.
In order to do this, please ensure that you give us a valid email

Should we be out of an
item, and we do not have an acceptable substitute or you do not care
to wait, we will cheerfully refund your missing item!

to receive an item within 2 weeks, we will ship it separately at no
extra charge. If this is not acceptable, please let us know and we
will do our best to satisfy you.
