Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders over $100.00 to anywhere in the world! (Cdn $) *

For orders under $100, we offer flat rate shipping. Shipping to Canadian and U.S. addresses is $4.95 and to International addresses is $15, for orders under $100.

Packages will be shipped, tracked and insured, via Canpar or Xpress post to Canadian and US addresses. Please let us know if your address is an apartment mailbox — we will ship Xpress post in that case if you prefer. (Canpar can't get into the apartment postal boxes, and leaves a note if you are not home.) In any case, if you prefer XpressPost, just let us know via email at info@beadfx.com. Tracking numbers for Canadian and U.S. addresses are emailed when the package is sent.

Packages can be delivered to P.O. boxes, but will go Xpress post. Packages sent to Canada will generally arrive between 1 and 5 days after processing. Packages to the US will arrive between 5 to 10 days after processing (we still have no control over Customs processing unfortunately). Processing takes 2-3 business days.

We offer C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) only within Canada ($6.00 C.O.D. fee applies - please place order using the "callback" feature of the shopping cart.)

International Packages are shipped via Canada Post's Airmail Service and are delivered to the post office once a week, on Fridays. Delivery times internationally vary between 3 days and 2 weeks.

Additional Customs and taxes as levied by your customs and postal carrier are your responsibility.
