We are pleased to offer the Stone of the Month! This month's stone is:

Artistic Jasper

Artistic Jasper or Artistic Stone also goes by the name Landscape Jasper and Chinese Writing Stone. All these names reference the wonderful graphic designs that look like abstract landscapes and delicate calligraphy.

It has a hardness level of 7.

Metaphysically - Artistic Jasper is believed to be the stone of protection and grounding, like all jaspers. It is said to give a calming effect, and bring stability and security, and to balance physical, emotional and intellectual states.
