If you have ever entertained fantasies of the Indiana Jones sort, stealing treasure from ancient tombs or plucking the gem out of the idol's eye - then you need one of these - because that's exactly what it looks like . Vintage Swarovski and Other Vintage Beads and Stones 
They were made with the holes either on the front (called a "Left" bead - see photo) or the back (foiled-side) (called a "Right" bead). When you string a "Right" and a "Left" together, they overlap and make a solid row of crystal. Sometimes, we even get the same colour in the same size in the left and right!
