Metal Clay Play Day

Would you like to work on your metal clay projects in a fun, social and supportive environment? Join us during our periodic play days. We will provide access to basic tools and texture plates, but you are required to either bring or purchase your own Art Clay and supplies. You may also peruse our extensive library of videos and books during the day.  Kiln time will also be available for a nominal fee.

Note: This is not a class, and is intended only for those that already have some experience with metal clay.

Metal Clay Play Day runs all day from store open to close.

Fees: $10.00 (plus HST)

About Jennifer : Jennifer was born in Toronto, Canada, and has made jewellery since the age of 16. She discovered lampwork techniques in 1999, and by the end of that same year, established a small studio in her own home. By the end of the following year she had gone further to establish the first beadmaking lampwork studio, open to the general public, in all of Canada. Jennifer has always had an intense passion for her art, combined with a keen and focused vision to bring the elements to reality. She is now excited about the possibilities of combining metal clay with lampwork beads. Jennifer currently lives in Whitby, Ontario with her bemused, and ever supportive husband Dan, their two daughters, Maya and Isla, and a lazy yellow lab named Luna.
