Private Lessons — Design your own Lampworking Class

Bead holes need help? Struggling to encase? Foiled by foil? Baffled by flowers? We can help. Whether you want to fix a specific problem or tackle a new topic, we can do private classes for the very reasonable rate of $40/hour (generally, we find that two hours is the optimum length for a single session.)

Some of the areas we can cover are:

• foils - silver, gold, palladium
• encasing
• florals
• hollows
• using cubic zirconia
• heart shapes
• successfully using bead presses
• reduction techniques
• sculptural work
• deep encasing
• dots

The beads you make in class will be kiln-annealed and will be available for pick-up the following business day. If you are from out of town, we are happy to mail them to you at no extra charge.

In addition, student get a 15% discount in store on beads on the day of their class.

Please wear cotton fabric clothing, long, tight-fitting sleeves, old jeans, and if you have long hair, please tie it back. Safety glasses are provided.
