Course Outline: Participants will learn to do the basic spiral rope technique using delica beads and size 11 seed beads. Glass and silver-toned beads will be used as a focal point of the bracelet with spiral rope extending from each side and finishing with a toggle clasp. Participants will also learn how to incorporate beads/crystals as a focal point into a basic spiral rope bracelet. Elements can be expanded to make a necklace.
Technique Focus: Spiral Rope
Skill Level: Beginner
Instructor: Pam is a beadstitcher with a focus on peyote, spiral rope and crochet. She has been beading for about six years and sells her jewelry and gift items through art and craft shows in the Southwestern Ontario area.
