Silver Beaded and Wire Wrapped Bracelet and Earrings

Course Outline

This class will focus on enhancing and developing more advanced wire wrapping techniques. In this 3 hour class students will learn to make a set of sterling silver and argentium silver swirl earrings with a matching beaded bracelet. This class will also discuss various types of wire, their properties, and their uses in different projects. This class is not recommended for beginners.

Skill Level:Intermediate Level

Prerequisite: Beginner Class or previous wire work experience

Price: $60 (+HST), deposit or payment in advance required

Supplies: $40.00 + tax. The kit contains various gauges and tempers of sterling silver or argentium silver wire, semi-precious beads and sterling silver beads.

Instructor Bio

Robert, a wire sculptor, has a natural flare for creating beautiful pieces of wearable art.  His 30 years of experience in the bending and shaping of metals has made the transition to wire sculpting a natural one.

He has taught private lessons in the art of wire sculpture to custom jewellery makers.

Robert's work has been featured in the Port Hope Evening Guide and has been available through boutiques in the area.
