April forecast: Expect showers of creativity!

Just in from ‘Planet BeadFX’: While May flowers are nice, this year expect showers of creativity and excitement in mid-April!

It’s nice when the weather predictions are correct – at least you know what to wear! This year, thanks to our talented instructors, you can expect to bask in fun, creative exploration, and invigorating learning!

Iris Rogers Melamed will expand your solding skills with bangles. If you’ve wanted to learn about beading on a loom, but didn’t know where to begin, Christine Woollacott will answer all your questions about the different looms available and get you started on your first project. Kumihimo is staging a comeback and Angela Peace will take you through the steps of creating your own braided ropes – with and without beads! Pamela Kearns is teaching all about brick stitch and you’ll explore how you can use this versatile, yet easy, stitch. Anne Marie Desaulniers and Bonni Poch round out the mid-month offerings with bead embroidery, mixed media and wirework, respectively.
