Can you believe that ‘Back to School’ stuff is already on store shelves? Well, I’m not ready to give up summer yet! My calendar still says ‘July’ and there are lots of classes yet to take. Roxann Blazetich-Ozols is teaching how to create a wonderful lariat using the St. Petersburg Chain. It’s Summer! A Great Time to Relax and take a July Class!

Finally, we’ve hit summer! School is out, vacations have begun and it’s time to relax. No need to stop learning – come on out and take a class with us. Comfort alert – our classroom tends to be a little cold at times, so it’s always a good idea to bring a sweater or a light pashmina to put around your shoulders. June – the month of weddings, proms and parties! With those events come the need for gifts – and a gift of handmade jewellery is always appreciated. Build your skills and create your gifts with a class with one of our many instructors. Kick-off the Summer with a June Class!

We thought Spring would never get here and now Summer is just around the corner! June opens up with a wonderful assortment of classes in various jewellery media including wirework, metal work, metal clay, chainmaille, seed beading, knotting, lampwork and mixed media. May’s classes continue to sprout great ideas and opportunities to learn new techniques and explore interesting projects! Now is a great time to learn to make pieces for summer fashions, gifts and special occasions such as weddings and family reunions. We’ve made it through Winter and Spring is bright and exhilarating! Those May flowers are starting to sprout and soon there will be bursts of colour everywhere. We’re blooming at BeadFX too! The weather forecasters seem to be all doom and gloom on the coming of Spring weather! But at BeadFX, we’re pulling out the Spring colours and ideas to get ready for the new season. “April Showers bring May Flowers.” Hey, I’ll take the rain as long as the snow stays away! We can’t control the weather but we can get together and enjoy some classes.
