November?? When did that happen? Yes, time marches on and our classes continue to keep pace! November has a number of new classes – perfect for learning a new skill (and perhaps using it for holiday gifts?)! Jane Doidge, a new instructor, is teaching wire weaving! What’s so scary about October? Halloween – ghosts – ghouls – the cost of candy – definitely!  But not classes! That’s because our classes are taught by knowledgeable and experienced instructors who are enthusiastic about teaching. Join us for a Holiday Class Bash!

No, we’re not pushing the Holiday Season, but we do want you to circle Friday, December 12 in your calendar! For the first time, BeadFX is offering a holiday-themed evening of three classes that all students will be able to take in the same evening! From 6:00 – 9:00pm on Friday, December 12, each student will participate in three 1-hour classes, rotating through the classes during the evening. What do you think of when you hear ‘October’? For me it’s cooler weather, vivid colours, pumpkins, Thanksgiving and Halloween. Driving back from Windsor the other weekend, I noticed a few leaves starting to change colour. I find this time of year a very inspirational time because of the colour possibilities that are triggered. September isn’t the end of Summer;
it’s the start of a new Season!

In Toronto, we know that summer is pretty well over when the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) kicks off. Labour Day will be around the corner and the kids will be back in class. But it’s not really an ‘end’ – it is the start of a new season when we get to wear new fall clothes and look forward to cooler weather and the colours of changing leaves. (okay, cue the violins!)
