January 19 @ 6:00 pm - January 20 @ 4:30 pm

Cdn $120.00 +Kit fee: $20 + HST payable to the instructor the day of the class.

Course outline: The Pan Chang knot is one of the most recognizable of all the Chinese knots. With an intricate woven body, the knot creates symmetry and a solid foundation suitable for jewellery design. In this class with Angela Peace, you will learn to tie the long Pan Chang, the Classic Pan Chang, the Butterfly Pan Chang and the Double Button Knot. Techniques for cord making will also be covered as you learn how to use these knots in your designs. Once mastered, you will know how to manage knot sizes so that these classic knots can be incorporated into everything from earrings to chunky neckwear.

This is a two-day class and will be held Friday, January 19, 6:00 – 8:30pm, and Saturday, January 20, 10:30am – 4:30pm.
