Maillestrom Chainmaille Pendant / Keychain / Earrings

July 18 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Cdn $40.00 +Kit fee: $15, payable to the instructor the day of the class.

Course outline: The Maillestrom is a fantastic design by Karen Snyder that can be used as a pendant, keychain or purse charm. The swirling centre looks like a whirlpool – hence the name – and I guarantee people will ask you how DID you do that? A kit is required; see details below.

Because this is a proprietary design, the student kit fee will include a paid tutorial from Karen’s website https://osebastian.selz.com/

Skill level: Beginner/Intermediate

Prerequisite: It is helpful to have basic chainmaille skills. The large size unit uses heavy gauge rings and requires some hand strength.

Technique: Chainmaille

Bring to class: Bring magnification if you need it. If you have your own flat nosed pliers please bring them (2 pairs are required), but tools will also be available in class.

Of special note: the class patterns and instructions from our classes are for your personal use only. Please respect the intellectual property of our artists/instructors by not sharing, selling, or teaching the patterns you receive from the classes you take.

How to Register and Cancellation Policy: see details below.
