Wow, Rosemary outdid herself with this one. I don't feel worthy enough to be holding it ;-) This looks and feels "luxe"!

This is a big, bold necklace with shades of blue opal, and antique gold.  The best part though, is that you don't have to be a queen to be able to afford to make it! You can make this piece for under $50 assuming you have the Softflex in your stash.  That may sound like a lot, but trust me, this piece is substantial - Totally Liz Taylor!
