I know, not the most elegant name, and the earrings are actually quite pretty. But the name popped in my head as I was laying them out, and well it's stuck.

I love the new batch of stick pearls that came in, and I was trying to find something unique to do with them - rather than just stringing them on masse.

These are wrapped in a very messy/organic birdsnest kind of wrap - which works perfectly with these pearls, and is just a variation on your simple wrapped loop. Start in the centre with lots of extra wire, and wrap from both sides.

They were then hung on french wires using a few links of jump rings.
