We were playing with square bead frames, stacking them, putting the next to each other, putting beads in them - one thing led to another, and the next thing you know - we had new jewelry. Funny how that happens around here.
I was particularly impressed with how well the Crystal Vitrail Light went with the copper frames.
I added 2 mm and 3 mm copper round beads to hide the wire and act as a stopper for the head-pin at the bottom of the earring. However, if you prefer, you can omit the metal beads and leave the wire exposed.
Another option is to change the order of the squares. Instead of arranging the squares in ascending order - small, medium, large, you can arrange them as medium, small, large for a funkier, even more modern look.
