Golden Rings

by: Jennifer Tough

As you can imagine, I was thrilled to get this one. Really, 5 golden rings...how easy!   I love how these turned out, and the texture on the golden rings really help these stand out.

Step 1:  Lay out one large link, and two of the twisted jump rings. Link all of these together the regular (non textured) jump rings. I added two more of the smaller jump rings at the top to enable the earring to hang correctly on the leverback earwires.

Step 2: Cut open two of the twisted wire jump rings, and thread them on to the middle ring. One on each side. Close the wire rings as tightly as possible.

You may not be able to notice from the pictures, but I wanted the twisted wire jump rings to graduate in size from small to large. To do this, I snipped each one open, and snipped a small chunk out - matched two for each earring, and then took a larger chunk out of the next two.
