I had the pleasure of taking a few classes at the store during the
summer and other than wire and metal, I'm playing with Kumihimo.
Maga
Kumi was designed using Magatamas and 8/0 seedbeads. Each of the four
strands of C-lon were approximately 40 inches long. They were tied
together in the middle and placed on the disk.
1. On one North side of the disk string 30 Magatamas of one colour and do the same on one South.
2.On the other North and South string approximately 40 seedbeads and do the same on a West and East.
3.String on 30 Magatamas of the other colour on one West and another 30 on an East.
In all 8 cases use your No Tangle Bobbins to prevent tangling
of course and the ends were also knotted to secure the beads. Now your
on your way to creating a Maga Kumi Bracelet.

done Kumihimo and you live in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) I highly
recommend one of Angela Peace's Kumihimo classes at Beadfx.
