Beads can be soothing and meditative from sorting and organizing to stringing and wearing. This set came from the happy combination of colours that just called out to me. The impression jasper is such a lovely colour and turquoise is always beautifully accented by shades of red. And, of course, black looks great with everything. ;-)
By now, you should be familiar with my current obsession with simple stretchy bracelets. Use the elastic-needle to quickly make them up. I tie the opelon doubled for larger beads like these in a surgeon's knot, and then cover with a crimp cover. Alternately if I am using a big hole accent bead like these Swarovski becharmed beads, the bead just covers the knot and it disappears!
Leftover beads on a headpin and a couple of inches of chain make nice coordinated accent earrings. You can go for the complete matched look with the matte black ear wires, or as I have to admit they made my ears itch, you can go with sterling which doesn't look as coordinated but may be more comfortable.
