Bisbee Meadow
Design by Jennifer Tough
Named after Bisbee, Arizona, this bracelet combines copper, turquoise and soft mossy green. (Can you tell Nadine and Erin picked the colours for this bracelet as well?!) Bisbee, once known as "the Queen of the Copper Camps", was a booming mining town, the largest city between St. Louis and San Francisco. When the mines closed in the 70's nearly 3 million ounces of gold and 8 billion pounds of copper had been harvested from the area. Although the mines are now closed, tours of the Queen Mine are available for those of you making the trek to Tucson in February.
