Fabulous little triangular seedbeads. Approx 310 beads in a pack. Hybrid refers to a marrying of two worlds - Beads made in Japan to the exacting standards of Toho - then shipped to Czech Republic to be finished with traditional finishes, perfected by centuries of trial and error - resulting in an exquisite bead - with the perfect shape of the Toho and the glorious colour of traditional Czech beads.

Made in Japan. 2mm x 2mm Hole size is approx. 20 gauge, about .8mm. By the pack of 5 grams.

The beauty of Japanese-made seedbeads is the variety of colours and the outstanding quality. Because they are so consistent in size and shape, they look fabulous in loom work, brick stitch, peyote and bead embroidery. (Quick - someone whip me up a sample - in your spare time!)

The holes are also fairly large - which also is an advantage in projects and techniques that call for mulitple passes through the beads.

These triangle beads have clearly defined sides, and are sized equivalent to size 11/0s.
