Use with our saw blades. Fixed length frame, (6 inches) - with a throat (depth) of 3 inches (means you can cut 3 inches in a straight line without turning. Longer than that - you need to come in from another angle. But you're making jewelry here - longer than 6 inches and it's going to be huge! Saw blade needs to be under tension to cut, so put the blade in the bottom thumbscrew and tighten (teeth pointing toward you and facing out), brace the top of the saw frame on the table and lean into it to flex it slightly. Push the blade into the top thumbscrew and tighten, and let the tension off the frame. The blade should "sing" when you pluck it - like a piano wire. When you are done for the day, release the top thumbscrew and untension the blade. Do NOT store with the blade under tension.
