Giant earrings - as they have earring posts soldered onto the back, either that, or they were medals. You can cut the post off and use as pendants or something else. These would be way-heavy earrings. On some of them, the posts are bent anyway. Love the shape though.
Metal components from a vintage warehouse sale - these were probably produced as custom items for a well-known fashion jewelry house, and these would be end of line when production changed. Lot of creative possibilities here!
