Very thin flat aluminum (not actually wire, too wide and flat). Use to create a shaped nose bridge in masks that you might be making. Either make a long thin pocket open at one side, and slide this out when washing, or put between the layers and stitch into place. There is a very light adhesive on one side, heat activated, that you can use to stop it sliding around, but does not appear to be strong enough to attach it permanently to the fabric without some other type of support, i.e. pocket, stitching, etc. Users so far pronounce it very comfortable.
These appealing little pieces of flat aluminum really suggest all kinds of other uses too. ;-)
