For precision placement of rhinestones. It's a stick with a tacky wax ball that allows you to pick the rhinestone up, position it, and put it down onto the adhesive, where the stronger adhesive grabs it and keeps it there. Odd concept, but it works. Two in a package. (Note - this used to be called the Perfect Positioner for Stones - it's the same dealie - change in packaging and manufacturer)
