Frosted or matte finish glass - tumbled to give it that beach glass look. The beads may feel a little dusty - that's the left over from the tumbling process. It wipes right off. These have barely any colour to them - just the barest hint of green. A few have some black lines in them - not enough to really detract, but just so you know.
