It looks like a tube, but it's solid. Not sure quite what it is made of, a soft, flexible plastic. I think it would look awesome crocheted into a bracelet with big funky bright beads on it. Slightly stretchy. Knots well. Not inclined to kink. Invent something new with it! Try a floating necklace...
