Wire wrapping Wire and Crafting Wire

Craft Wire - a copper-cored, easily manipulated wire, usually coated to add color or prevent tarnishing. We have different brands - Artistic, Parawire, Dazzle-It, to fill out the color palette and size choices.
The colours are vibrant and permanent - being a polyurethane coating. (Do not solder the coated wire. :)
Due to the size of the spools – we can not ship these using our experimental, flat envelope, letter mail shipping. (They are thicker than 3/4 inch limit). Packages with these will use our regular shipping methods. If you are looking to solder or patina - choose a "bare" wire. Wire wrapping is often done with the square wire and the half-round wire. The stainless steel wire is strong and durable, and can be used for flameworking, making glass head pins, etc.

Sometimes you need to get down to the bare essentials. Especially if you want to do some soldering or patina-ing. Bare copper wire - for practicing your wire wrapping, soldering, metal smithing. No anti-tarnish coating to burn off.
Of course, this means that it will tarnish/age/change colour. Polish to brighten, or apply your own with Renaissance Wax.
