It’s Summer and the classes are great!

Finally, the weather is matching the calendar – at least in our neck of the woods! June opens up with some new classes and some favourite encore classes from our instructors.

Beading on a loom is a well-established technique that has been around for a long time but, with so many looms on the market, you may have questions about which loom is ‘best’ for a project. Never fear – Christine Woollacott to the rescue! Gillian Clarke’s chainmaille classes have become well-known and she has brought us a new bracelet project that features lots of texture. Enthusiasts of haute couture bead embroidery will enjoy putting their Tambour embroidery skills into action with Christine Sequalino Poitier’s new applique class. Liz Reynolds brings us a new non-jewellery application of metal clay – a wind chime perfect for summer evenings!
