Are you feeling a little rushed? Are you thinking that summer is half over and September routines are creeping back into your thoughts? Don’t worry about the future (it will be here soon enough without borrowing time from it) and live in the here and now. Mindfulness is the practise of being present in what you are doing – whether doing chores, dining or learning. It is single-tasking. Classes are one way to help you clear your mind of other priorities and allow you to focus on yourself and learning a new skill.
Our late-July classes feature four terrific opportunities to learn with Robyn Cornelius that are perfect for students of all experience levels. Bring your ready-to-finish projects to this technique-based class and, together, we’ll troubleshoot finishing options (there is always more than one way to finish a project) and what style of clasp will work for the project and your needs!
