Staggered Byzantine Bracelet: A statement bracelet at its best!
This is the most impressive new bracelet Ive made for several years. It expands and contracts like an accordion and feels so good on my wrist! I love this unadorned version, but I can also see a version with beads added in the middle openings, or even drop beads along the outer edges. Can you spot the Byzantine building blocks?
We will start the day by making a pair of Byzantine Earrings so everyone learns the basic Byzantine weave and is comfortable with opening and closing jump rings. There are a lot of jump rings required to make this bracelet, but you will be well on your way to completing it by the end of the day (though some may actually finish). This class will run 10:00am to 5:00pm on all days with a lunch break.
This class includes a kit to make your bracelet in copper. It includes step-by-step, illustrated instructions, 1 main size of jump ring and a coordinating clasp. Makes up to a 9 bracelet. All rings are saw-cut and polished

Swarovski Trillion Component Bracelet: Seed beaded dimension and form!
Discover how to create triangular peyote bezels around sparkling 10mm Swarovski Trillion rivolis! Well start the class by learning how to do simple triangular peyote using larger beads before we graduate to using size 11/0 Delicas. Then the fun will begin by learning to create a triangular bezel. Increases and decreases and zipping your components together will be part of the days curriculum. This class is suitable for beginners; however, knowing peyote stitch will be helpful.
The project will focus on making the bracelet as shown, but youll also have the instructions on how to create two pendants and earrings – all using the same type of rivoli component. This class will run 10:00am to 5:00pm on all days with a lunch break.
This class includes your kit of 12 Swarovski Trillion rivolis, 2 colours of size 11/0 Delica beads and a sliding tube clasp and findings with full-colour, illustrated instructions. Colour choices will be available.
Instructor: Pamela Kearns
Knotted Fibre End-Caps: Join the fiber and micro-macrame revolution!
Fiber end caps present a new and innovative option for finishing jewelry projects and allow for seamless colour designs or for creating amazing colour contrasts. These made to measure knotted end-caps work well with standard metal clasps and findings or can be used with glue.
In class, you will learn the knotting techniques and how to change the end cap size for a perfect fit. You’ll also learn how to make a knotted fiber clasp.
By the end of the class you will have a pair of custom end caps and will be well-prepared to make more. This class will run 10:00am to 5:00pm on all days with a lunch break.
This class includes illustrated instructions, C-lon knotting cord in your choice of colours, jump rings, pinning board, tapestry needle, and pins.
