August bead mat update: Tales from the recycling bin!

I like to think that recycle, reuse, and repurpose, are the main messages in my August bead mat update! Serious words, that must play an important part, in the world we live in! When I dig through my quilting fabric boxes, I think of fabric twine (amongst other things). I always even off the selvedge edges, before I tear any fabric strips (call me obsessed!). Plan to reduce, reuse, recycle and create in 2017!

Although I do not make New Year’s resolutions, the words reduce, reuse, recycle and create, are ones that I’d like to adopt for 2017. Yes, I know that I already preach about reusing, recycling, and creating, but what’s all this reducing about? No, not the diet thing, but rather a conscious effort to reduce visible clutter!   Over the holidays, I decided that enough, was enough!
