With all the snow we've had over the past few days and Christmas rapidly approaching, I was inspired to create this quick and easy (not to mention inexpensive) necklace. Strapped for time and in desperate need of a gift for a friend, family member or hostess? This project only takes about 10 minutes and costs under $20 to create.
