Ringing in December classes

‘Tis the Season! No matter what you celebrate – Christmas, Hanukkah, or Kwanzaa – December is a time for celebrations. Many of these celebrations involve gift giving – a simple act of showing appreciation and love to another. How do BeadFX classes connect to this? Well, how about:

  1. Give a gift certificate that the recipient can use for a future class of their choice. This will be particularly appreciated by those have expressed an interest in learning a new skill or adding to their jewellery-making technique toolbox. Contact the store or order your gift certificate on-line.
  2. Treat a friend or relative to take a class with you. In addition to the class, you are also gifting some of your time and sharing their experience.
  3. Create gifts to give others using the skills you’ve learned from a class. Gifts that come from the heart are the most meaningful and you can customize the gift according to the recipient’s favourite colours, size, and taste.

December classes feature a number of classes that will help you create gifts for others – and yourself! Liz Kennedy will help you create a shawl pin for your favourite knitter. How about chainmaille hostess gifts; Marilyn Gardiner will how you lots of ideas and for all skill sets! Iris Rogers Melamed‘s new class will have you combining different metals for your projects! Anne Marie Desaulniers will get you going with intuitive bead embroidery and with resin – perfect for gifts. Catherine Sequalino Poitier will show you how to use traditional French wire in an nontraditional way – in embroidery! And, of course, you can give yourself dedicated time to work on your projects within all of our open beading sessions and studios! Note: Did you know that you can rent BeadFX’s metal studio to work on project too? Call the store for more details!
