Colouring outside of the lines is just something that I do! I’ve been doing this for years, so I’m not about to stop now!
What does colouring outside of the lines mean for me? I allow myself to work on multiple projects, but I do not restrict myself to any materials, or techniques. That’s what it means!
My beaded orb is almost finished. What will I do with it, how will I display it, and was it worth it? I don’t have all of the answers, but it was an interesting, exercise. Any day that I can play with beads, and buttons is a good day for me!
My Gallery book is finished, but I swear that my studio is possessed by gremlins. This is my working sample, but I’m looking forward to making more.
My 100 Day Project is coming along nicely. I’m halfway there, because I’m up to day 50. I’ll need to re-take a few shots, because I lost some of them, while backing up to the cloud. Play is fun, but the cloud is not!
I wish I could say that I’ve been doing a lot of beading, but that just isn’t the case. I want to start working on my free-form peyote ‘Dancing’ piece, as well a few “Inspirations”.
In addition, I need to work on my resin again, plus spend some quality time with artist brushes. Then, who knows what else I will get up to? I also want to make a few brooches to decorate my jean jacket.
When I colour outside of the lines, I love splashing paint around, but I also love using, and blending all of my techniques. Are you tempted to colour outside of them as well?
Keep safe, social distance, wear a mask, and wash your hands!
