Returns & Refunds

If you receive the wrong item, or it arrives damaged,? please contact us and we will make it right. We make every effort to fill orders correctly and promptly.

Out of Stock

Frustratingly, sometimes our shopping cart gets out of sync with our actual inventory. Please indicate in the checkout notes in our shopping cart whether you want us to hold the order until complete, refund missing items, or ship separately.

Please ensure that you give us a valid email address that you actually check email at, or a daytime phone number, so that we can communicate promptly should we need to. Should we be out of an item, and we do not have an acceptable substitute or you do not care to wait, we will cheerfully refund your missing item!

Occasionally, if we expect to receive an item within 2 weeks, we will ship it separately at no extra charge. If this is not acceptable, please let us know and we will do our best to satisfy you.

If you are not happy with an item, let us know (within 30 days) and we will arrange for exchange or return & refund.

We’re sorry – but we can not accept returns on the following:

  • no returns on books or publications
  • no returns on special order items
  • no returns on items that are not in their original condition or packaging
  • no returns on cut products such as chain, leather, etc.

If it arrives damaged, let us know and we will arrange for exchange or return & refund.

We want you to be 100% totally, utterly happy with your order and we will keep trying until you are. In short – we want you to be thrilled with your order.
