Effective 2021 Feb 10
Canada Post has increased shipping charges again, and removed across-the-country rates for packages. This time, we can’t just absorb it. We will continue to offer you great shipping rates, giving you the discounted prices for packages that we get for large volume – which is a significant savings over what you would pay at the post office.
For orders under $100, our actual shipping cost applies.
For orders over $100, we will give you a $4.00-per-$50-spent bonus.
Shipping is calculated at the bottom of the shopping cart, based on your postal code, showing your bonus. If you forget something – we are happy to combine orders – place the second order as a “callback” and we will sort out the details.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Shipping in the USA:
Most orders within the USA are shipped via USPS using First Class services and Priority package services. For large packages, UPS is also available, but remember they can’t get into apartment buildings or PO boxes, so you need to be home to receive them.
We ship from Niagara Falls, New York. No duties, no customs charges, no brokerage.
Our Flat Rate method covers most packages for only $6.50 US, but Shipping is FREE for most orders over $100!
Orders over $50 can earn shipping discounts based on eligibility.
Yes, we do ship around the world. International shipments go at cost – you will see the options and estimated delivery times when you check out.
Occasionally, the cart rating is incorrect and does not recognize overweight or oversize items properly, so unfortunately we may need to contact you about a different shipping method or rate. We apologize for the inconvenience. As well, large quantities of tiny items may confuse the post office software (which does the pricing), causing a much higher estimated shipping cost. We will do our best to make it right at the time of shipping, so thank you for your understanding, and don’t hesitate to ask for a final shipping cost before shipping when you place your order.
Remember for International Shipments there may be additional Customs and/or Taxes levied on import, which are your responsibility.
