
Byzantine for Beginners (2 sessions)
Discover how to do chainmaille!
Are you chainmaille-curious? This is beginner-friendly class with Gillian Clarke emphasizes the basic skills while you learn how to make the most iconic of all chainmaille pattern: Byzantine. Includes a one hour follow-up class for questions and problem solving.
This class will be held in two sessions: Tuesday, April 6, 6:00 – 8:00pm; and Tuesday, April 13, 6:30 – 7:30pm.
Type of class: Virtual. A few days prior to the class you will be sent an email containing the class instructions and the electronic link to the Zoom class. Once these instructions have been sent, refunds and cancellations will not be permitted.
Kit fee: Custom kits can be arranged. Please contact the instructor at gillian@layer9.net; allowing plenty of time for mailing.

- Materials: Anodized aluminum jump rings; Size 18 swg 5/32” in two colours, about 100 rings each. Available from www.theringlord.com or contact the teacher.
