Zig Zag Peyote Bracelet-Two Sessions

General Virtual Class web outline:

Course outline:

Join Pamela Kearns for an intermediate peyote class. Let’s create a bracelet that zig zags around your wrist! Using diagonal peyote, we’ll create a colourful bracelet – that doesn’t go in a straight line. Just so we don’t get lost in the beading, we’ll use one colour of delica beads and two colours of seed beads.

This class will be held in two sessions: Thursday, June 10 and Thursday, June 17; 6:00 – 8:00pm both sessions.

Type of class: Virtual. A few days prior to the class you will be sent an email containing the class instructions and the electronic link to the Zoom class. Once these instructions have been sent, refunds and cancellations will not be permitted.

Skill level: Intermediate

Prerequisite: Knowledge and experience in peyote stitch. Experience with Russian Leaves will be very helpful but not required.

Technique: Diagonal Peyote

Have for class:

Although a seed beader at heart, Pam has been branching out into new techniques and combining the best of all worlds into her creations. She had her first project published in the May/June 2013 issue of Beadwork. Pam taught at the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Bead and Button Shows in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A problem solver, Pam thoroughly enjoys teaching and inspiring students to think beyond basic techniques encouraging students to stamp their own vision on projects. To ensure that all students can accomplish the techniques, Pam (also a 'southpaw) includes 'Lefty-Alerts' within her class instructions.
