Changing Lanes Again: It’s always fun!

Changing lanes again is always fun, at least to me it is. But then again, I’ve always loved change, even though I’m probably one of the few that actually welcome it. Why would you want to keep doing the same old things, when you get a chance to enrich your life with a whole world of new things. It’s exciting, energizing, but scary just the same. Why not try something new, especially in these social distancing, and quarantining days. Just do it! Heaven knows, we need a dash of excitement in our lives, so why wait? How would you do this? …

Gifts and Stuff – Oh the possibilities!

Gifts and stuff are definitely the stars in this blog post! No, not an instructional post, but rather an exploration of possibilities. I’ve been making presents, for friends and family, for most of my adult life! I don’t have photos of earlier ones, but I’ve been keeping records of my favourites, for quite a few years. Okay, I finished the review on the weekend, but now I’m looking forward to a nice stretch of creative action. I’ll let you know more about the article, when I can. These partially filled (with Ice Resin), open-backed bezels, were originally shown in last week’s …

Not a Bead in Sight!

Not a bead in sight, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t still love them! All it means is that I’ve been otherwise occupied, as you’ll see below. A friend of mine, introduced me to Neurographic Line Drawings (here’s the video I followed), and I’m obsessed with the process! It’s addicting! I will let the drawings speak for themselves, but will refine the process over time. Who would have thought, that I’d actually find a bug in my drawing? It crawled right out, then begged for glitz, and attention!! LOL! Over at the Stitch Meditation Facebook group, I put up …
