Course outline: Join anodizing enthusiast Liz Kennedy to create rainbow of colours with niobium. You will use various gauges of niobium wire to fashion two finger rings using a design of your choice. Along the way, will learn how to shape the rings using a ring mandrel, texture, harden and finish the metal. Then, you’ll learn how to transform the colour of your ring using an anodizer. Embossed and Anodized Niobium Earrings

Course outline: Liz Kennedy will introduce you to the wonders of niobium metal! Beautiful colours, light weight and hypoallergenic. You will be making two pair of niobium earrings. You will be using embossing folders to emboss 30 gauge niobium sheet metal pieces. You will be finishing the metal then anodizing it using an electric anodizer to the colours you choose.
