What’s Old is New!

What’s old is new, at least to some of you! I’ve been bouncing around a bit, so I thought that you would like to see some of my work from the early days. This post will be a mix of the old, and the new! I’ll start out with the new, then talk a bit about some of my older projects. If you’ve seen them before, my apologies, but I’m hoping that some are old enough, that they will be fresh inspiration. It’s All a Mystery!

Sometimes, it’s all a mystery why I do what I do? I make beading plans, but then get busy with other projects. Let’s start talking about it! I spotted a glass bottle, that I had saved because I liked the shape. Next, I decided that it should be covered in fabric. So, it’s all a mystery, why this project started the ideas flowing? I absolutely love my tools!! I still have my earlier tools, but my favourites are the ones I always reach for. My Xuron Chain Nose pliers, fit nicely in my hands. I also own their Bent Nose Fine Pliers, Round Nose Fine Pliers, and couldn’t live without my Tapered Flush Cutters. They also have crimping pliers, but no photo, as we don’t currently carry …

Changing Lanes Again: It’s always fun!

Changing lanes again is always fun, at least to me it is. But then again, I’ve always loved change, even though I’m probably one of the few that actually welcome it. Why would you want to keep doing the same old things, when you get a chance to enrich your life with a whole world of new things. It’s exciting, energizing, but scary just the same. Why not try something new, especially in these social distancing, and quarantining days. Just do it! Heaven knows, we need a dash of excitement in our lives, so why wait? How would you do this? …
