When September rolls around, it is like a brand new year! School starts again with students going into a new grade. Connect the Dots: Dot Stitch Bracelet

Course outline: Spiral rope is extremely versatile and variations are unlimited. In this class with Pamela Kearns, you’ll learn how to do the Dot Stitch version of Spiral rope while making yourself a bracelet. This fun stitch creates clusters that resemble miniature beaded beads. Bring a variety of shaped beads that you can use; there isn’t a wrong combination of beads – the possibilities are endless! Seed Beading Boot Camp: Finishing Touches

Course outline: You love seed beading! Right-angle weave, spiral rope, loom work, St. Petersburg chain, peyote – you name it, you’re doing it! Problem is – you’re not sure how to attach a clasp or which kind of a clasp will work best. Bring your ready-to-finish projects to this technique-based class with Pamela Kearns and, together, we’ll troubleshoot finishing options (there is always more than one way to finish a project) and what style of clasp will work for the project and your needs. Seed Beading Boot Camp: Spiral Rope Variations 1

Course outline: The variations of Spiral Rope is as infinite as the beads you can use! We’ll look at two variations of this under appreciated beading stitch: flat spiral and spiral rope using two-hole beads (such as SuperDuos). The class will be technique driven and all the materials you need to learn the technique will be provided. Come out of winter hibernation with a class

Finally, the days are getting noticeably longer and I’m beginning to get more interested in ‘the outside’. Leave it to me to stay curled up with my beads!
