Charms can do more than dangle on a bracelet - although they are very good at that. They can be earrings, small pendants, or accents to a larger pendant. They can be cell phone charms, finishing accents on a chain, all sorts of things!
We have made the somewhat arbitrary decision that a charm is 20mm and under. Larger is a "Pendant."
