At some point in my life, I discovered that there were dumb fashion rules. Actually – I am stunningly fashion-challenged, so I tend to think most fashion rules are … questionable … . 😉
Anyway – a quick google regarding “white after labour day” gets you a host of articles agreeing that it’s not a thing and you should wear white whenever you want. (In my case, not in the muddy-puppy season.)
Which is good, because these White Jade beads are too yummy to not wear! In both Matte and Glossy – they evoke crisp white shirts, smooth clean sheets, and the smell of sweet, hard peppermints. Imma make mahself a stretchy outta these!
Other fun stone beads this week – how about some Cacoxenite? Say what? Cacoxenite is the trade name for this naturally occurring blend of seven stone types. It was originally named for the visible inclusions of the mineral Cacoxenite. However, this stone, often called the “Super Seven” or “Melody Stone”, contains Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Smoky Quartz, Lepidocrosite, Goethite, and Rutile as well. So there.
