Step 1 -  wire wrap the two briolettes. You can use one of 2 methods - whichever you feel more comfortable with.

Step 2 - Create a wrapped link with the bird. Wrap one end of the link into the loop of the briolette.

Step 3 - Attach to your earring finding.
